Pretzel Cabinet will keep your pretzels at just the right
temperature and texture much longer than traditional means.
Star's forced air humidity systems provide for a wide variety of
temperatures and humidity. The air flow gives an even,
consistent temperature throughout the cabinet so food is never soggy
or dry. Separate temperature and humidity controls allow for
just the right selection of both heat and humidity for the product
being displayed.
The cabinet is constructed of corrosion resistant, easy clean
stainless steel and tempered glass door and side panels. Low
water indicating light and temperature control lights make for easy
operation. Attractive, colorful graphics help build impulse
sales. The unit comes complete with on-off switch and a 6 foot
plug.
